The time is NOW!
I recently told my husband that one of the best parts of my "job" (how can anything one enjoys as much as I do photography be defined simply as a "job"?!!) was when people opened up in front of my lens, when they put their true selves on display, when they simple were the very best of who they are and I am lucky enough to be the observer who captures that moment. And the BEST part of my job? That's when I can hand the resulting portraits back to them, saying thank you for letting me in, thank you for trusting me to get it right.
If you know me, you know one of my favorite "themes" is adult child and parent portraits - I so enjoy capturing that spark, that glow that defines a loving relationship.
